Prior to joining the team, she served as an Operations Manager at an LPL branch office while also supporting advisors in a senior sales assistant role. Karina’s extensive background gives her a deep understanding of the operational challenges that clients, their families, and their businesses may face, and she is committed to delivering a seamless and attentive client experience.

Karina is an Arizona native and currently resides in Surprise, Arizona with her husband, Joseph. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, staying active, and watching sports.
