Courtney began her career in the finance industry in 2013 as a receptionist and quickly earned recognition for her work ethic, precision, and dedication to operational excellence. Her career trajectory has taken her through a variety of client service and administrative roles, culminating in over a decade of hands-on experience across financial services, organizational leadership, and operational strategy. She holds a Certificate in Business Administration from Saddleback College.

Outside the firm.
Originally from Iowa, Courtney now resides in Southern California and makes frequent trips back to visit family. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, especially hiking with her dog, Dewey.
